The Convicted Heroes Guild Bank is available to all Members and Officers for both deposits and withdrawals. New recruits to Convicted Heroes may neither deposit nor withdraw until they have been elevated to Member status (either Raiding Member or Social Member).

Donations to the Guild Bank are encouraged but not mandatory. Remember that items you donate to the Guild Bank are helping your fellow guildies as well as guild progression.

At this time, the guild bank has five tabs: General, Professions, Officer/Officer 2, and Raid. Any Member or Officer can deposit to General or Professions. Only Officers can deposit to the Officer/Officer 2 and Raid tabs. The ability to withdraw items from the Guild Bank varies by rank and by tab, as set out below.

Items taken or received from the guild bank should not be sold, auctioned or vendored, except by the Guild Banker. The Guild Banker may, at their discretion, sell, auction or vendor items in any tab of the Guild Bank to raise funds for the guild, with all proceeds being returned to the bank. Items may not be given to players outside of the guild.
Items not suitable for the Guild Bank include:
•   vendor trash
•   grey items
•   junk.

The Tabs

General and Proffesions

The General and Professions tabs are to facilitate trade between Members and help them tap into the resources of their guildmates. Members may withdraw up to two items/stacks per day from the General and/or Professions  tab for their personal use. They may request to withdraw more than two items/stacks by speaking with the Guild Banker (Tyrill). If the Guild Banker is unavailable Officers will be able to help with these requests. Officers have no restrictions on the number of items/stacks they can withdraw. However only two items/stacks per day should be withdrawn for personal use by an Officer. Any withdrawals of larger quantities must be used in guild items – e.g., the withdrawal by an Officer of 40 pieces of Dreaming Glory (2 stacks) and 20 pieces of Felweed to make 20 Super Mana Pots, which are then returned to the Guild Bank.

Items suitable for the General tab include:
•   food (raw or cooked)
•   VW/TBC reputation tokens/items (Scryer's Signets, Arrakoa Feathers, Netherdust Pollen, etc.).

Items suitable for the Professions tab include:
•   white/green craft materials (leather, fabric, herbs, enchanting mats, etc.)
•   uncut gems / green cut gems
•   green schematics/recipes/patterns, etc. either donated or left unclaimed in raids.

Officer

The Officer tab is for items of significant value and/or items for guild use. Members cannot withdraw items from the Officer tab but they are able to see what is available. Members who wish to receive an item(s) from the Officers tab should speak with the Guild Banker, and outline not only what they need but why they need it. The strongest argument is one that benefits the guild, not just the player individually – e.g., as a blacksmith and a warrior you would like to receive the Plan: Red Havoc Boots (BoE plan that makes a BoP item) so you could make yourself the boots and receive a significant upgrade to your gear. The main benefit is that you are the OT for raids (and often MT) and as these boots are the best tanking boots in the game prior to Hyjal, they could significantly improve your performance in raids.

Officers may not remove an item from the Officer tab for their own personal use without making a request through the Guild Banker. Should the Guild Banker wish to withdraw an item for personal use, he must make the request to another Officer.
Items suitable for the Officer tab include:
•   blue gems
•   blue/purple BoE schematics/recipes/patterns, etc either donated or left unclaimed in raids
•   blue/purple craft materials (dream shards, moonshroud, abyss crystals, frozen orbs, etc.)
•   blue/purple BoE items either donated or left unclaimed in raids.

Raid

The Raid tab is for consumables that will be used in raid encounters. Officers will withdraw these items as required and distribute them as they see necessary before 25-man raids. Officers may not withdraw items from the Raid tab for personal use except when that use comes during a 25-man raid.

Gold

Gold in the Guild Bank comes from two sources: proceeds from the sale of items in the Guild Bank and donations from guild members.

Gold in the Guild Bank will be used for:
•   the procurement of more guild bank slots for the guild
•   the procurement of rare materials, recipes and/or consumables (if necessary)
•   respeccing costs of members who are asked by the Guild to respec for a raid
•   in-game guild events.

All guild funds will be used to support guild and progression objectives.

By using the Guild Bank, you are agreeing to adhere to the rules above. Violation of these rules may result in demotion or even expulsion from the guild.

If you have any questions about the Guild Bank, please contact Tyrill, our Guild Banker.
