Raid Sign-Up & Attendance All raiders who are interested in attending a raid must register for the event using the online sign-up tool . The roster for any given raid is posted online before the start of the raid. We endeavor to post the roster 24 hours and may change right up until start time. All raiders who have signed up for the raid – whether they have been put in the roster or still remain in the queue – should be online, fully repaired and with sufficient consumables for the raid by the stated invitation time. Should any raider in the roster not be online at the invitation time, their spot may be given to someone in the queue who is online and ready to go. Raiders who are rostered for a raid but cannot attend must notify an Officer beforehand, either in-game or via a post on the CH Forum. Raiders who fail to show up three times within a two week period will be demoted to Social Member. Raiders with continual (but less frequent) no-shows may receive a warning from an Officer that any future no-shows will result in demotion. Consumables Consumables – potions, elixirs, buff food, etc. – are the responsiblity of the raider. Food buffs are expected on all fights, while elixirs/flasks are required on progression content. While the guild may from time to time provide high-end elixirs/flasks or provide consumables for those who have run out if the raid runs long, each raider much make or purchase their own consumables on an on-going basis. Raiders who continually come to raids without consumables or with insufficient quanities run the risk of being demoted one rank. Vent & Raid Chat Vent and raid chat are fun and add further enjoyment to raiding with your fellow guildies. However once the RL or ARL has begun to speak, all non-raid related vent chat should stop. Finger-pointing, angry outbursts and criticism of any raider's performance will not be tolerated in Vent or in raid chat. If you have issues with something that occurred in the raid, please whisper an Officer afterwards. Swearing is also not appreciated in raid chat. Please do not use profanities in vent.
